Can you help me with a moral dilemma?

So my elderly crazy neighbor has been missing for a while and her son is over there a lot fixing stuff. I'm thinking they've put her in a home, but I don't really know and I'm not sure if he's there to stay or just staying there while he repairs somethings to sell or what's going on, but that's not really what's important. My question is at 4 tomorrow morning when he wakes my kids up AGAIN blaring crap Christian Rock from her kitchen window 30 feet or so from their bedroom window and I go over there and shove the radio up his azz, will that buy my ticket to hell?
