Do family members have a right to home without sharing expenses to keep?
Family members had my father transfer our family home into another family members name so the state would not take it in case he had to go into a nursing. I have 8 siblings but I live in the home and pay for the taxes and insurance while living here with my father. When taxes and insurance are due no one contributes to these bills but I am constantly being told that this is not my house it belongs to all of us. They refuse to contribute due to them having their own home and other expeness of their own and feel they would be subsidizing my living if they contribute towards the expenses. The house should rightfully be mine because I have been the only one here and continue to live here taking care of my elderly father and keeping the house. Is there anything I can do to get the home in my name instead of my sister. My sister and brother took my father to do his will without telling me. By right the house should be mine. I pay the expenses but they say this is not my home.
