Have just come back from ultrasound...Dr thinks it's ovarian cancer.?

I've been having pelvic pain for a few years now, I've seen doctor after doctor and have never had a diagnosis. Last week I went to a new Dr that a friend suggested and she sent me off for a pelvic ultrasound. I have had them before abd they have never found anything. Today, however they found what looks to be a tumour...although no biopsy has been done to confirm....they also found lesions on my uterus. The doctor spoke to me about the strong possibility of having ovarian cancer and that if it is, it looks like it has moved to other areas which means it is quite advanced. I'm only 28 years old...My husband and I just got married last year and we have a 4yo son together. I'm absolutely terrified. Does anyone have a similar story?
