Is there any way to extract files from multiple folders at the same time?

I have nearly 30,000 music files spread across 1500 folders, i am trying to consolidate all the files into one folder. it is taking an absolute age to do it all folder by folder! i cant use any type of search as there are a few files that are the same tune but with slghtly diferent file names. PLease can somebody help!!
