Internet Explorer 7 - Where Are The Menus? And Why?

The IE7 user interface is far less intuitive. The stop on is poorly placed and Favorites are not nearly as easy to use. If Vista is just as unintuitive (which appears likely), it is clearly not going to be an improvement - which doesn't benefit customers at all.
