Anyone's spouses had a vasectomy done and never wnt back for tests?

just wondering if there was anyone else out there whose spouses didn't go back for their all clear tests? just wondering if anyone got prego. mine had his 19 months ago and he never wnt back, was wondering what the chance was that i can still get prego?
