Enabling blood in combat arms?

okay i want to know how to enable blood in combat arms if im not 18. I already saw some youtube videos telling how to. When i right click combat arms and click on properties, i dont have a find target option, it only says open file location. when i clicked on that i saw an option for profiles, as the video stated i would. When i clicked on profiles there was no option for "player". i dont kow what to do, please help me. I want to play with blood!
